Alina Lazaryeva, a member of Kuwait Animal Aid, received a distressing message regarding a cat found at a construction site. Determined to help, a volunteer from the organization rushed to the rescue. The cat, named Yellow, was clinging to paving stones and appeared scared and disoriented.
Fortunately, the volunteer managed to approach and pick up Yellow, who seemed frozen in fear. The cat was then placed in the care of a loving foster home provided by Kuwait Animal Aid, where he could finally feel safe and cherished.

Yellow gradually grew more comfortable in his new environment, showing affection towards his caregivers. Although initially cautious around other cats, he adapted to indoor life and left behind the hardships of the outdoors.
Following essential veterinary procedures, including neutering, Yellow’s trust in humans deepened, and he began seeking even more affection and cuddles.
Kuwait Animal Aid collaborates with several rescue partners in the United States to increase the chances of deserving animals like Yellow finding their forever homes. Recently, Yellow embarked on a journey across the ocean, joining numerous rescued cats on their way to new foster families in the US.
Yellow was warmly welcomed by Save the Meow Meows, a cat rescue organization based in Los Angeles. He quickly acclimated to his new surroundings and delighted in the comfort of cuddles from his caregivers. Over time, he even started bonding with some of his fellow feline fosters, as long as they maintained a calm demeanor.
Renamed Elliot, Yellow spent his days relishing in the softness of blankets and serenity. He particularly enjoyed long naps on a plush comforter or within his cozy blanket fort.
After patiently awaiting his forever home, Elliot’s dream finally came true when he was officially adopted. Just in time for the holidays, he joined his new family, wasting no time in claiming his new kingdom and cherishing every soft object he could find.
From being abandoned at a construction site to becoming a treasured member of a loving household, Elliot truly appreciates his newfound life.
